MKO Engineers is a contracts and consulting services company for the multi-disciplinary engineering industries. MKO provides services for manufacturing, mining, gas and petrochemical industries. MKO Engineers provide services on small to large projects and it is a specialist company for plant installations, plant maintenance, layout designs, draughting, inspections, performance audits and equipment efficiency improvements.

Founder & Director

Eugene Makabanyane (Pr. Cert. Eng.)

Mr Orapeleng Eugene Makabanyane is a Professional Certificated Engineer holding a Government Certificate of Competency GCC, Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical Engineering) and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. Eugene has extensive industry experience with skills in Plant maintenance, Utilities management, Asset care, Capex & Project management, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessments, and Safe Working Procedures. Further to that, Eugene has experience in ISO Integrated Management Systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 AND OHSAS 18001. Eugene is a registered engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and an active member of the Institute of Certificated Mechanical and Electrical Engineers of South Africa (ICMEESA).
